Generally has slow training methods available

    in Kings of Kings 4

PF2P-Earns money slower, the fastest method (short of merchaching), would probably be mining rune rocks, which is dangerous and slow as is chopping things (be it yews or cockroach soldiers). A PF2P earning less for the fastest money-making option is an hourly rate that is lower than an AP2P earning the same amount.

Generally has slow training methods available. The reason I'm using the term generally is that some members do train in F2P facilities like SoS Red Spiders or Cockroach troops. This decreases their speed, but places them at the same level as Pf2Ps. People who are close to 99 are more likely to join a club rather than free players. This lets them increase their experience and decrease their speed.

Since all the variants are identical, it's expected that a pf2p would receive 99 points at a slower rate than members. It would be unfair to assume that all skills are equal. While a ranger would be able attain an IQ of 99 more quickly than a person who trains it however, a person who trains mining would not have the same advantage until they reach higher levels.

I believe it comes down to the way people view a skillcape. It's a similar question to whether people who achieve gold medals at the ParaOlympics should be respected more than those who achieve gold medals at the Olympics because athletes competing in the ParaOlympics required physical limitations to earn that medal.

To diminish the significance of the individual who won the gold medal wouldn't be fair because he was also faced with the challenge to defeat others who were physically fit in order to win that medal.
